BYOP: Bring your own props. You want to be as comfortable and cozy as possible. Bring a yoga mat or better yet a camping mat, to lay down on, a pillow for underneath your head and another under your legs, along with a blanket for extra warmth.

Please join us for a 5 week session, every Thursday, starting May 2nd, 8:45am - 9:45am. This class will incorporate various yoga styles, moving meditations and breath work designed to help get the lymph moving, the body detoxing, and increasing the strength of the immune system, all the while getting the benefit of the quantum waves of the Energy Enhancement System.
Please bring your props: yoga mat, pillows for head and underneath your knees, water and a blanket.
