Session Prepration
Hydrate 2-3 days prior to your session. Bring water with a cap/lid to your session.
Dress comfortably in layered clothing so you can regulate your temperature. Feel free to bring a blanket, eye mask and ear plugs.
Eating is not allowed in the Energy Enhancement room. Eat a light snack prior to your session.
Please do not use heavy perfumes or lotions as some guests are sensitive to strong scents.
Set positive intentions before arriving. The EES amplifies your intentions, so let go of the things that no longer serve you.
Preparing For Your EES Session
During Your EES Session
Our center is located on the second floor of the Alpine Bank building in Willits, and there is an elevator available. Parking is available in both the front and both sides of the building.
Step inside our 24-unit, darkened and climate controlled Scalar Room and discover a selection of luxurious, reclining anti-gravity chairs. Feel free to choose the one that resonates with you the most, as you embark on a tranquil journey during your session. We have over 100 sq ft of salt walls to aid in ionizing and purifying the air.
Please do not touch the system monitors or racks as they are precisely aligned within 1/32 of an inch to create the Scalar field.
The 24-unit EESystem produces (invisible) scalar waves and biophotonic particles, which assist in cellular repair. During your experience, we encourage you to disconnect from everyday distractions and recommend that you rest, relax, meditate, or pray.
For best results we recommend sessions to be a minimum of 2 hours in length to provide optimal effects from the system. The effects of the energy are cumulative and will compound with more time spent in the system; both within your session and across multiple sessions. Think about how you charge your phone- your body to needs to recharge.
Please remove your shoes before entering the Scalar room and it is recommended to keep any personal devices silenced and in your car. This will minimize any distractions from you and the people around you for an optimal experience. Optimal results are achieved when the body is resting.
Please be courteous to others and remain quiet during your session.
Feel free to use the restroom during your session, which is located just outside the reception area in the hallway.
After Your EES Session
After your EES session, evaluate your symptoms, mood, sleep patterns, and energy. Cellular benefit from the Energy Enhancement System is a cumulative effect. The more you are exposed to scalar energy, the more your body moves towards a healthy and optimized state of being.
Continue to hydrate to flush toxins and support your detox. Many clients report feeling relaxed and peaceful during and following their sessions. Others experience symptoms including a dull headache, brain fog, and aches in the body, which can signify a build-up of toxins that need to be excreted.
IMPORTANT: A natural salt bath is highly recommended and imperative in supporting higher cell function and detoxification after your session. Special salt packages are available for purchase. The recipe for making your own salt bath is listed below. Complete your salt bath within 12 hours of your EES session for maximum benefit. If you are unable to submerge in a salt bath we recommend a sea salt foot bath.
Detox Bath Recipe
Ingredients
2 Cups Sea Salt
2 cups Baking Soda
1 cup Borax (optional)
Directions:
Put ingredients in a tub of hot water and soak for 30 minutes or more with a wet towel over the chest (to help draw out toxins).
Beneficial to scrub skin while in bath, rinse afterwards.
Magnesium lotion or oil with coconut oil following the bath.
Ensure to remain hydrated with water.
*Alternatively, a foot bath may be used in place of a full bath using a pail or foot bath container. Follow the same instructions.
Optional Add-ins
Uriel bath oil or other bath oils
1/2 cup bentonite clay
2 tsp- 1/4 cup ginger powder
2 tsp – 1/4 cup match green tea
2 cups food-grade/regular Hydrogen Peroxide
EES sessions may be scheduled according to your personal needs and goals. If you suffer from chronic conditions or sensitivities, it is recommended you start with 2-hour sessions and progress from there. The closer the sessions are, the more optimal your results will be. EES sessions are of significant value on your wellness journey. The effects of scalar energy are cumulative and are greatly influenced by your lifestyle. The best results occur when you have a positive mindset and relax as much as possible in the energy field.
