Optimize Minerals & Detox

My health has reached new levels of wholeness & fitness this year, and I’m physically and emotionally thriving with ease. This alone has greatly impacted, literally, every other part of my existence for the better. It’s all due to changing my self care to be extremely consistent with detoxifying and remineralizing, while boosting my core energy with the EESystem every week.

A very simple trio for the body to win! Increase energy, get the yuck out, and put the essential sparks of the cell back in. There is no such thing as too much EE energy, it’s the same energy that you are at the subatomic level. The reason the EE energy feels different to different people, has to do with toxic buildup and nutritional deficiency. This is why we see such a variety of responses to the sessions. We are incredible natural healers, we just need to be putting a few of the right foundational elements into practice. Your body wants to thrive and heal but it must have proper energy levels in the cells (minerals), combined with proper elimination support (detox). Cells won’t function correctly without minerals and we don’t produce them internally, we must get them from our environment. Currently, our food & water systems have been stripped of almost all vital minerals. Below are some ideas on how to properly, safely and effectively work with the energy to optimize your HEALTH!!!

Foundational Healthy Lifestyle Recommendations:

  • Rise the vibration of the body & spiritual being through consistent time spent in the EESystem

  • Implement one or more of these things into your routine: Meditation, Earthing, Breath Work, Walking/Hiking in nature, Gratitude Journaling, Giving To Others without any expectation to receive anything back

    Weekly Detox Options, Choose The One That Fits Your Needs Best:

  • Detox sea salt baths

  • Infrared Sauna

  • Cold pressed castor oil packs (cotton or wool soaked fabric placed on skin or lather the body with it while in sauna)

    Daily Detox Options:

  • Colosan or other oxygen/magnesium based colon cleanser use for 4-6 weeks

  • Healthy fats such as chia seeds, olive oil, cod liver oil, hemp seeds, avocados

  • 1⁄2 Cup of Raw Lemon Juice 30 mins before any other food each morning for 60 consecutive days to rebuild the Liver.

  • Using Young Living Essential Oils- find the blend that resonates with you and use often

  • Binders but not to be taken with food or supplements because they can absorb needed nutrition

    Replenishing Minerals:

  • Everyone needs more magnesium, quality salt, potassium, silica, selenium & boron daily. Most mineral pills are not extracted, compounded or buffered correctly and the body can’t assimilate them through the stomach.

  • These are recommendations for bioavailable ways to increase many of your vital minerals through food sources & superior forms of the minerals such as topical or ionic, compared to standard ‘supplements’.

  • Best way to increase magnesium through the skin each week: Dead sea magnesium foot soak 1 cup of flakes & 1 tablespoon of baking soda in 1-2 inches of water, soak the feet for 30 to 60 minutes, can do 2x4xs a week.

  • Also great to use multi-mineral (oral) and/or magnesium lotions daily (not petroleum lotions, use clean natural lotions that have added minerals) Eidon Minerals has a wonderful mineral lotion. It’s a favorite of all who use it, your skin just drinks it up and it feels so rich and nourished after.

    Recommendations For Daily Trace Minerals:

  • Ionic Minerals a type of liquified mineral that has 100% absorption through the stomach (Eidon Minerals is a good brand for ionic minerals)
