This class focuses on stretching for flexibility and recovery based on Viniyoga style. We will move in and out of simple poses with the breath 3-5 times before staying in the pose for 3-5 breaths, moving at your own pace while elongating muscles and increasing circulation.
Please bring your own mat, cloth belt (or large towel) and pillow. Drop in fee $35
